Contel was founded in 2017 by industry-renowned fleet safety and security experts Thomas Finlay and Andrew Kelly. Tom and Andy have jointly worked in the vehicle safety and security sector for almost 4 decades. Over that time they had been instrumental in developing connected solutions with real-time video monitoring solutions for some of the largest fleet operators.

Innovation is at the heart of Contel with the creation of new safety systems and software to allow fleet operators to increase safety, mitigate risk and help save lives.
